Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during the holiday season or major sales), shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Domestic Shipping & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options for delivery within the UK:
Royal Mail Tracked 48 - estimated 2 to 3 business days
Royal Mail Tracked 24 - estimated 1 to 2 business days
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status (if a tracked shipping method was selected). Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at desirabledarling@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
If you receive your order damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us directly at desirabledarling@gmail.com within 5-7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date).
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and take photos if possible, so we can file a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund for you as quickly as possible.
